Margaret's father was Thomas DeCLARE, Lord Of Thomond and her mother was Julian FITZ MAURICE. Her paternal grandparents were De CLARE, Earl Of Gloucester Hertford An and Maud De LACY; her maternal grandparents were FITZ MAURICE FITZ GERALD, Lord Of Offaly and Emeline De LONGSPEE.
