Henry II Curt was born in Le Mans, Sarthe, France.1 Henry II Curt's father was Geoffrey Count Of Anjou, Duke Of Normandy and his mother was Matilda. His paternal grandparents were Fulk V The Count Of Anjou, King Of Jerusalem and Erembourg Of Maine; his maternal grandparents were Henry I Beauclerc King Of England and Matilda (Edith) of Scotland Pss of Alba. He had a half-brother named Hameline. He died on July 8th, 1189 in Chinon, Tours, France. He was buried in Fontevraud, Anjou.1 1 General Notes
