Joseph Francis Boland 
Joseph Francis was born on August 29th, 1887.1 Joseph Francis' father was Patrick Boland and his mother was Frances Texanna Frick. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Boland and Elizabeth H. Shealy. He had three brothers and a sister, named Jonas J., Jesse Irvin, Cephas Freddie and Magnolia G. (Maggie). He was the youngest of the five children. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named J. L. Nedward (Ned), Bounce Edward, Bertha Marie, Carrie Lee, Decia Iola, Lera Agnes, Lillie Mae and Cleo Myrtle. He died at 1 months old on October 6th, 1887. He was buried in Boland Cemetery #1, Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 1 -
