Decia Iola Boland 
Decia Iola was born on December 3rd, 1902.1 Decia Iola's father was Patrick Boland and her mother was Claton Alice Bowers. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Boland and Elizabeth H. Shealy. She had two brothers and five sisters, named J. L. Nedward (Ned), Bounce Edward, Bertha Marie, Carrie Lee, Lera Agnes, Lillie Mae and Cleo Myrtle. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jonas J., Jesse Irvin, Cephas Freddie, Joseph Francis and Magnolia G. (Maggie). She died at the age of 78 on November 29th, 1981.1 General Notes
