Frances Poindexter 
Frances was born in 1750. Frances' father was John P. Poindexter and her mother was Christian Gossage. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Poindexter and Sarah Crawford; her maternal grandparents were Richard Gossage and Sarah Shelton. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Richard, Elizabeth Ann, Sarah and Anne Gissage. She was the youngest of the eight children.-
