Elizabeth Ann Poindexter 
Elizabeth Ann was born about 1738. Elizabeth Ann's father was John P. Poindexter and her mother was Christian Gossage. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Poindexter and Sarah Crawford; her maternal grandparents were Richard Gossage and Sarah Shelton. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Richard, Sarah, Anne Gissage and Frances. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
