William Nelson Page

William Nelson was born on July 20th, 1797 in "Rosewell", Gloucester Co., Virginia. William Nelson's father was Mann Page and his mother was Elizabeth Nelson. His paternal grandparents were John Page and Frances Burwell; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Nelson and Lucy Grymes. He had seven brothers and seven sisters, named John, Thomas Nelson, Mann, Warner Lewis, Philip Ludwell Grymes, Robert Nelson, Thomas Jefferson, Lucy Mann, Frances Burwell, Eliza Nelson, Mary Jane, Sally Burwell, Anne and Cornelia Mann. He was the seventh oldest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 32 in 1829 in "Mt. Airy", Hanover Co., Virginia.
