Mary Jane Goodman 
Mary Jane was born on October 29th, 1825 in Hanover Co., VA. Mary Jane's father was Christopher Columbus Goodman and her mother was Virginia Tomkin Stanley. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Goodman and Molly Beaughn; her maternal grandparents were Solomon Stanley and ? Wadkins. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Callum Boyd, William Granville, Lexington, Charles Granerson, Richard Nicholas, Thomas Solomon, Herbert Harrington, Margaret Perlina, Emma Lucy and Hanover Louisa. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John Franklin, Edgar Muriel, Samuel Buckner, Horace Greely, Nina and Molly Elizabeth. She died at the age of 82 on January 6th, 1908 in Putnam Co., GA.-
