William STEWART tanner 
William STEWART was born on October 27th, 1802 in Greenwich, Wash, NY. William STEWART's father was John tanner and his mother was Lydia STEWART. His paternal grandparents were Joshua tanner and Thankful TEFFT; his maternal grandfather was William STEWART and his maternal grandmother is Amy Hutton. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named Willard, Sidney, John Joshua, Nathan, Edward, Edwin, Pardon, Martin Henry, Albert Miles, Matilda, Romelia and Maria Louisa. He was the oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 72 on April 25th, 1875.-
