Mary SANFORD 
Mary was born on November 16th, 1703 in Portsmouth, Newport, RI. Mary's father was William SANFORD and her mother was Hope SISSON. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel SANFORD and Sarah WODELL; her maternal grandparents were George SISSON and Sarah LAWTON. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, George, Joseph, Sarah, Ruth and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 35 on February 6th, 1739 in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island.-
