Sarah SANFORD 
Sarah was born on October 12th, 1702 in Portsmouth, Newton, Rhode Island. Sarah's father was William SANFORD and her mother was Hope SISSON. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel SANFORD and Sarah WODELL; her maternal grandparents were George SISSON and Sarah LAWTON. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, George, Joseph, Mary, Ruth and Elizabeth. She is the second oldest of the eight children.-
