Elizabeth SANFORD 
Elizabeth was born on August 2nd, 1707 in Portsmouth, Newton, Rhode Island. Elizabeth's father was William SANFORD and her mother was Hope SISSON. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel SANFORD and Sarah WODELL; her maternal grandparents were George SISSON and Sarah LAWTON. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, George, Joseph, Sarah, Mary and Ruth. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
