Alexander Anderson

Alexander was born on September 4th, 1864 in Forres, Morayshire, Scotland. Alexander's father was Robert Anderson and his mother was Ann Riach. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Anderson and Margaret McIntyre; his maternal grandparents were William Riach and Janet Gordon. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named William, Robert, Hugh, James, Jessie, Margaret, Jane, Ann, Elspet, Marjory and Catherine. He was the oldest of the twelve children.
