Ann Riach

Ann was born on October 22nd, 1844 in Dallas, Morayshire and her baptism took place on November 4th, 1844. Ann's father was William Riach and her mother was Janet Gordon. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Riach and Anna Cruickshank; her maternal grandparents were John Gordon and Elizabeth McIntosh. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, William, Alexander, John, Elizabeth, Jane, Helen, Janet and Elspit. She was the eighth oldest of the ten children. She died from cancer at the age of 71 in 1915 in Longly, Edinkillie.
