Rebecca was born in 1771 in Killingholme, Lincoln, England and her christening took place there on November 3rd, 1771.  Rebecca's father was Mathew Rack and her mother was Jane Paddison.  Her paternal grandparents were William Rack and Anne Sommerscales. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, James, Mathew, Jane, Arabella, Ann and Billy.  She was the second oldest of the eight children. She had a half-sister named Mary.  She died at the age of 19 in 1790 in Killingholme, Lincoln, England.
