Christiana Varcoe 
Christiana was born in 1855 and her baptism took place on March 26th, 1859 in St Newlyna. Christiana's father was William Varcoe and her mother was Elizabeth Nancarrow. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Varcoe and Elizabeth Searle. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Alfred, William, Robert, Ellen, Bessie, Emma, Mary and Matilda. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 79 in 1934 in Christchurch.
Christiana and Leslie were married on December 20th, 1880 in Christchurch. They had a son and four daughters, named Worrin, Elizabeth, Millicent, Leslie and Leslie.

Leslie Reginald Washer
Leslie was born in 1888. She died at the age of 30 on November 19th, 1918 in Christchurch.
