Henry was born in 1861.1   Henry's father was David Frow and his mother was Dorcas Frow.  His maternal grandparents were John Frow and Ann Towl. He had four brothers and four sisters, named David, Mark, George, Frederick, Mary, Emma, Harriet and Ellen.  He was the third oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers named John and James.
