George was born in 1865.1   George's father was David Frow and his mother was Dorcas Frow.  His maternal grandparents were John Frow and Ann Towl. He had four brothers and four sisters, named David, Henry, Mark, Frederick, Mary, Emma, Harriet and Ellen.  He was the sixth oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers named John and James.  He died at the age of 17 on April 9th, 1882.2
