Sadie Bittan

Sadie was born on August 1st, 1888 in Philadelphia.¹ Sadie's father was Benjamin Bittan and her mother was Rose (Rosa) Heiser. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Bittan and Esther Levy; her maternal grandparents were Abraham Heiser and Sarah Levy. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, Samuel, James, Reuben, Esther, Elizabeth, Julia, Lottie and Josephine. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 30 on October 18th, 1918 in Philadelphia.¹
