Josephine Bittan

Josephine was born on November 6th, 1904 in London.¹ Josephine's father was Benjamin Bittan and her mother was Rose (Rosa) Heiser. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Bittan and Esther Levy; her maternal grandparents were Abraham Heiser and Sarah Levy. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, Samuel, James, Reuben, Esther, Elizabeth, Sadie, Julia and Lottie. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 2 on April 30th, 1907 in Philadelphia.¹
