Margriet Hattingh

Margriet was born in 1711 in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa and her baptism took place on August 9th, 1711.  Margriet's father was Hans Hendrich Hattingh and her mother was Susanna Visser.  Her paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Coenraad Visser and Maria (van Negapatnam). She had four brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Johannes, Johannes, Johannes, Johannes, Susanna, Catharina and Christiaan.  She was the oldest of the eight children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Jacobus, Jacob, Johannes, Margaretha, Marij and Catrina.  She died at the age of 1 in 1712.
