Catrina Hattingh

Catrina was born in 1713 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa and her baptism took place there on April 24th, 1713.  Catrina's father was Hans Hendrich Hattingh and her mother was Maria De Lanoy.  Her paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Nicolas De Lanoy and Marguerite De Frans. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Jacobus, Jacob, Johannes, Margaretha and Marij.  She was the second youngest of the six children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Johannes, Johannes, Johannes, Johannes, Margriet, Susanna, Catharina and Christiaan.
