John Fairley

John was born in 1911 in Uphall.

John's father was Andrew Thomson Fairley and his mother was Agnes Samuel. His paternal grandparents were Robert Fairley and Helen Thomson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Andrew, Agnes, Nellie, Barbara and Jessie. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 12 in 1923 in Broxburn.
