Anne (Annie) Bowman 
Anne, known as Annie, was born in 1853 in Kilmarnock.1 2 Annie's father was Dalrymple Bowman and her mother was Jane Taylor. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Taylor and Ann Scoffield. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named William, Andrew, Robert, George, Helen, David, Hugh, Dalrymple, Joseph, Janet and Elizabeth. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 73 in 1926 in Galston.- Death Notes
