Margaret Bell

Margaret was born in November 1655 in Abercorn and her baptism took place there on November 11th, 1655.¹   Margaret's father was John Bell and her mother was Elspeth Ramsay.  Her paternal grandparents were John Bell and Margrat Glen. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named James, John, John, William, Thomas, Bartlay, Peter, Jennet, Elspeth, Helen and Margaret.  She was the third oldest of the twelve children.
