Nellie Estell was born on January 21st, 1907 in Neshoba County,Mississippi. Nellie Estell's father was William Allen Daniel and her mother was Sarah Ritha Harrison. Her paternal grandparents were William Simmons Daniel and Permintia Wesley Stewart; her maternal grandparents are John F. Harrison and Isabella C. Lewis. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Willie Perry, Ethel Whittle, Ollie Junice, Jasper Jay, Tommy Binford, Jessie Mae, Era Lucille and Mildred Ruth. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Allen Kelly, Ettie Bulah and Cora Lee. She died at the age of 82 on September 21st, 1989. She was buried on September 24th, 1989 in Oakland,MS.-
