Ethel Whittle Daniel 
Ethel Whittle was born on March 27th, 1905 in Neshoba County,Mississippi. Ethel Whittle's father was William Allen Daniel and his mother was Sarah Ritha Harrison. His paternal grandparents were William Simmons Daniel and Permintia Wesley Stewart; his maternal grandparents are John F. Harrison and Isabella C. Lewis. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Willie Perry, Ollie Junice, Jasper Jay, Tommy Binford, Nellie Estell, Jessie Mae, Era Lucille and Mildred Ruth. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Allen Kelly, Ettie Bulah and Cora Lee. He died at the age of 66 on June 7th, 1971. He was buried in Sandtown Cemetery,Philadelphia,MS.General Notes
