Eleanor was born in 1215.  Eleanor's father was John "Lackland" King of England and her mother was Isabella De Angouleme.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry II Plantagenet King of England and Eleanor of Aquitaine; her maternal grandparents were Aymer de Taillefer and Alix De Courtenay. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry III, Richard, Joane and Isabel. She had fourteen half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Osbert, Oliver, Geoffrey, John, Henry, Richard, Eudo, Ivo, Hugh XI, Guy, Geoffrey, Guillaume de Lusignan, Guillaume, Aymer Ademar, Isabel "la Blanche", Joan, Alice, Isabella, Maurgarite and Agatha.  She died at the age of 60 on April 13th, 1275.


Eleanor's family with Simon De Montfort

‌Eleanor and Simon were married in a religious ceremony in 1238 in Ststephen Chaple, Westminster, Middlesex, England.  They had five sons and a daughter, named Henry, Simon, Guy, Richard, Amaurie and Eleanor.
