Gundred was born in 1117 in Warwick, England.  Gundred's father was William II de Warenne and her mother was Isabel (Elizabeth) de Vermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were William De Warren and Gundred Princess Of England; her maternal grandparents were Hugues "le Grand" de France and Adelle (Adelaide) Vermandois. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Reginald, Ralph, Ada and Adelian.  She was the second youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Robert, Waleran and Isabel.  She died after 1166 in Warwickshire, england.
