Mary Swesey

Mary was born in 1822.¹ Mary's father was John Swesey and her mother was Rosannah Borden. Her paternal grandparents were George Sweezey and Rachel McDowell. She had eight brothers named Elijah Murray, James H, William G, Alfred Haywood, John Middleton, Jeremiah W, Rachael B and John Burchett. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
