Flora Deckard 
Flora was born on May 9th, 1891 in Chapel Hill, Monroe Co., Indiana. Flora's father was Napoleon Budd Deckard and her mother was Elizabeth Mize. Her paternal grandparents were John Wesley Deckard and Malissa Eads; her maternal grandparents were William Mize and Sarah Kinser. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James H., Homer L., Ora, Anna Lova, Bertha, Maude P. and Bearly Pearl. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 50 on February 18th, 1942. She was buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Monroe Co., Indiana.-
