James H. Deckard 
James H. was born in September 1890. James H.'s father was Napoleon Budd Deckard and his mother was Elizabeth Mize. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Deckard and Malissa Eads; his maternal grandparents were William Mize and Sarah Kinser. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Homer L., Ora, Anna Lova, Bertha, Maude P., Bearly Pearl and Flora. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
