Homer L. Deckard 
Homer L. was born in 1891. Homer L.'s father was Napoleon Budd Deckard and his mother was Elizabeth Mize. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Deckard and Malissa Eads; his maternal grandparents were William Mize and Sarah Kinser. He had two brothers and five sisters, named James H., Ora, Anna Lova, Bertha, Maude P., Bearly Pearl and Flora. He was the third youngest of the eight children.-
