William Dryden Greybill 
William Dryden was born on February 12th, 1923 in Charleston,Kanawha,West Virginia.1 William Dryden's father was Fred Staunton Greybill Sr and his mother was Helen Gertrude Hicks. His paternal grandparents were John William Greybill and Tressie Gertrude (Gertie) Dodd; his maternal grandparents were James D (Jim, JD) Hicks and Susan Elizabeth (Lizzie) Smith. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Fred Staunton, Thomas Glenn, Gerald Lee, Living, Living, Jean Gathalea, Jacqueline Elgar and Nancy Carol.
