Diana ELLIS 
Diana was born on January 20th, 1823 in ,Wolf Creek,Monroe,Va. Diana's father was John ELLIS and her mother was Eleanor EAGEN. Her maternal grandparents were John EAGAN and Elizabeth EAGAN. She had a brother and four sisters, named Joseph, Lydia, Mary, Elizabeth and Katharine. She was the youngest of the six children.
‌Diana and John R were married in a religious ceremony on September 4th, 1839. They had six sons and seven daughters, named Joseph Ellis, Amos, Daniel Franklin, Charles William, John Thomas, Isaac Lee, Minerva, Martha Emeline, Mary Ellen, Sarah Lewis, Amanda Elizabeth, Virginia Gertrude and Louvenia Newman.
