Minerva BARKER 
Minerva was born in 1842 in ,Boone,Virginia. Minerva's father was John R BARKER and her mother was Diana ELLIS. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac BARKER and Spicy SCOTT; her maternal grandparents were John ELLIS and Eleanor EAGEN. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Ellis, Amos, Daniel Franklin, Charles William, John Thomas, Isaac Lee, Martha Emeline, Mary Ellen, Sarah Lewis, Amanda Elizabeth, Virginia Gertrude and Louvenia Newman. She was the second oldest of the thirteen children. She died in 1842.-
