William H Markin 
William H was born on December 17th, 1816 in Lawrence County Ohio.1 William H's father was Charles W I Markin and his mother was Lucinda Dechard. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Charles W II, Daniel H., Cornelius B., Andrew, James M., Martha and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the eleven children.
