Andrew Markin

Andrew was born on July 17th, 1810 in Kentucky.¹   Andrew's father was Charles W I Markin and his mother was Lucinda Dechard. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Charles W II, Daniel H., Cornelius B., James M., William H, Martha and Elizabeth.  He was the third youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 39 on February 13th, 1850 in Franklin Township, Adams County, Ohio.¹ 

‌Andrew and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on April 19th, 1832 in Brown County, Ohio.¹   They had four sons and two daughters, named Joseph Lee, Charles W, John Blair, Thomas J, Mary and Norton.
