Alice de Courtenay 
Alice de was born in 1160 in Courtenay, Loiret, France.1 Alice de's father was de Courtenay Capet Pierre and her mother was Isabelle Elizabeth de Courtenay. Her paternal grandparents were Louis VI le Gros Capet and Adelaide Alix de Maurienne; her maternal grandparents were Reginald de Courtenay and Hawise de Donjon. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Pierre II de, Guillaume de, Jean de, daughter de and Constance de. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 58 in 1218 in France.1 General Notes
