Edward Steer

Edward was born before 1791 and his baptism took place on April 10th, 1791 in Ford Chapel.¹   Edward's father was Henry Sture and his mother was Ann Torring.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Sture and Anne Whiteway. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Edmund, George, Henry, John, William, Philip, Anne, Mary and Sarah.  He was the second youngest of the ten children.
