Thomas and Betsy were married in a religious ceremony on June 2nd, 1864 at St. Paul's (Astley Bridge) by William Espin and witnessed by James Haslam; Ann Haslam.1  They had four sons and four daughters, named Eddie, Sidney, Albert, Arthur, Eveline, Elizabeth, Maud and Gertrude.  There are no more children.
