Daniel Stones

Daniel was born in 1811 in Farnworth and his baptism took place on June 2nd, 1811 at St. Saviour (Ringley).¹

Daniel's father was James Stones and his mother was Hannah (Ann) Parr.  His paternal grandparents were Daniel Stones and Ann Mather. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John, James, Ann, Sally, Nancy, Hannah, Alice and Betty.  He was the third oldest of the nine known children.  He died at the age of 71 in August 1882 in Farnworth.  He was buried on August 24th, 1882 in Farnworth.²
