George Stocks

George was born in 1828 in Lockwood.¹

Birth Notes

George's father was James Stocks and his mother was Hannah Edwards. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Stocks and Elizabeth Hargreaves. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Uriah, Job, Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah and Emma. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
