James Schofield

James was born in 1819 in Saddleworth and his baptism took place there on April 4th, 1819.¹

James' father was Noah Schofield and his mother was Mary Lees. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Charles, Wright, Joseph, Ann, Julia, Mary, Harriet and Eliza.  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 57 on March 11th, 1876 in Saddleworth.²

‌James and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony in 1837 in Saddleworth.  The family line is yet to be completed.
