Henry Roberts

Henry was born on January 29th, 1796 at Colne and his baptism took place on March 6th, 1796 at St. Bartholomew's (Colne).¹

Henry's father was James Roberts and his mother was Lucy Coulthurst.  His paternal grandparents were James Roberts and <unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Henry Colthurst and Mary Midgley. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Henry, Will, Betty, Eleanor, Mary, Margaret and Ellen.  Ellen and Henry were twins.
