Agnes' father was Robert Parry and her mother was Emma Eddowes. Her maternal grandparents were George Eddowes and Mary Jones. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Harry, George, Robert, John, Harriet, Elizabeth and Emma. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
