Birth Notes

Alice's father was William Oxton and her mother was Thomasine Bryan. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Oxton and Rachel Williams. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George, William, Joseph, Thomas, John, Mary, Maggie and Ann. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
