Charles' father was William Millington and his mother was Mary Hewitt.  His paternal grandparents were John Millington and Mary Connah. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George, John, George, William, Mary, Hannah, Elizabeth and Jane.  He died at the age of 44 on April 20th, 1874 in Mold.
