Hannah was born in 1814 in Bistre. Hannah's father was William Millington and her mother was Mary Hewitt. Her paternal grandparents were John Millington and Mary Connah. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George, John, George, William, Charles, Mary, Elizabeth and Jane. She died at the age of 35 in 1849.
