Samuel Mather

Samuel was born in 1733 in Warrington and his baptism took place on July 4th, 1734 at St. Elphin (Warrington).¹

Samuel's father was John Mather and his mother was Ellen Blinstone. His maternal grandparents were Richard Blinstone and Margaret (?). He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Richard, Peter, Ralph, Joseph, Isaac, Margaret, Ellen and Emma. He died at the age of 78 in February 1811 in Warrington. His burial was on February 10th, 1811 at St. Elphin (Warrington).¹
